令和7年4月25日 レーザー新世代研究センター道根百合奈特任助教がAdvanced Lasers and Photonics ConferenceにてContribute Award 受賞
受賞理由	道根百合奈氏は，国際会議Advanced Lasers and Photonics Conference(ALPS)において、その運営に対する数年間の長きにわたる多大な貢献を評価され、ALSP2025においてContirute Award を受賞しました。道根氏は、Covid'19の時に国際会議開催が困難だった時にも、新しくオンライン会議手法を取り入れ、今では当たり前になりましたが、その当時最初であったために。参加者へのガイダンス、Covid'19対策などを含め会議の継続に多大な努力を払いました。また、その後、講演数が60件まで落ち込んだALPS会議を6年間で227件まで増加させ、スポンサー展示、social gatheringなど様々な新しい試みを導入してきました。 ALPSでの受賞理由は以下のように賞状に示されています。 On behalf of the ALPS Organizing Committee, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our conference secretary for their dedicated support over the years.
